Soulful Canadian singer, songwriter, guitarist, and producer Ishana released her album duo series Old Skin I and II in 2019 and 2020. In 2022, she was given a grant from FACTOR to work with acclaimed producer Glen Robinson on her rock inspired single Bubble Gum. She has been working on a yet-to-be-released collaborative project edging towards the rock genre as well. Meanwhile, her self-produced songs err on the electro-pop and acoustic-pop side of music. She has sung with the Montreal Jubilation Gospel Choir 2013 through 2015.
